01What exactly do I get?
One PDF ebook of 86 to 102 pages, depending on the exam. It has a 60-day plan, chapter playbooks with worked examples, score vs percentile tables, mock sheets and revision sheets.
02How do I get it after paying?
A download button appears right after payment, and we email you the link. The link works for 30 days and for 5 downloads per playbook. The PDF is yours to keep.
03Can I buy more than one playbook?
Yes. Tap Buy now on each playbook you need. Checkout lists everything you picked and you pay once. If you pick all six, it switches to the All 6 bundle at ₹799.
04Is it a printed book or a video course?
Neither. It is a PDF you can read on your phone or laptop, and you can print it for your own use.
05Does it guarantee a percentile?
No. It gives you a plan. Your result depends on how you prepare, your mocks and the paper on the day.
06Are you connected to the IIMs, XLRI, Symbiosis, GMAC, NTA or the CET Cell?
No. The 99 Percentiler is an independent publisher. We use exam names only to say which exam a playbook is for.
07Can I get a refund?
No. The playbook is a digital PDF that you get the moment you pay, so all sales are final. Please check the sample pages and make sure you pick the right exam before you buy. If you were charged twice, we refund the extra payment. If the PDF doesn't reach you or won't open, contact us and we'll send it again.
08I paid but didn't get the email.
Check spam and promotions first. Then use the Lost your link page to send it again, or contact us through the Contact page with your payment ID.
