01When is NMAT held?

NMAT usually runs as a test window from November to December, and you book your own slot. GMAC publishes the window each year on mba.com.

02Can I retake NMAT?

Yes. You can take NMAT up to three times in a cycle. The playbook explains when a retake is worth it and how to prepare between attempts.

03What exactly do I get?

One PDF ebook of 86 to 102 pages, depending on the exam. It has a 60-day plan, chapter playbooks with worked examples, score vs percentile tables, mock sheets and revision sheets.

A download button appears right after payment, and we email you the link. The link works for 30 days and for 5 downloads per playbook. The PDF is yours to keep.

How to use 60 days for NMAT

NMAT has no negative marking, lets you choose your section order and allows up to three attempts. Use the first attempt to set a strong baseline and plan any retake around your weakest section.

  1. Days 1–15

Learn the sectional timings (28, 52 and 40 minutes) and cover the most frequent topics in each section.

  2. Days 16–45

Take full mocks in different section orders and keep the order that gives your best total.

  3. Days 46–60

Revise and book a test day with room for a retake if you need one.

Where marks are usually lost

  • Leaving questions blank. With no negative marking, answer every question.
  • Running out of time in Language Skills, which has the shortest time per question.
  • Booking a test day with no room left for a retake.
