Approximate percentiles for all-India seats. JBIMS, SIMSREE and PUMBA admit through the Maharashtra CAP, where only the entrance score counts. Cutoffs are approximate, last checked October 2026, and are not a promise of admission. The Colleges chapter in the playbook goes further: which colleges fit each percentile, and fees against packages.

How to use 60 days for CMAT

CMAT has 100 questions across five sections, +4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one. Innovation & Entrepreneurship and General Awareness reward reading more than practice, so they are the easiest marks to add in 60 days.

  1. Days 1–15

Cover QT-DI and Logical Reasoning basics. Read the Innovation & Entrepreneurship notes once.

  2. Days 16–45

Take full mocks and track your accuracy. Add a daily General Awareness slot.

  3. Days 46–60

Revise GA and I&E from your sheets, and fix the question types that cost you negative marks.

Want the day-by-day version first? Read the free CMAT 60-day plan. The playbook adds the full chapter notes, timetables and trackers.

Where marks are usually lost

  • Attempting everything. At −1 per wrong answer, low-confidence guesses add up.
  • Leaving Innovation & Entrepreneurship to the last week.
  • Skipping static GK because current affairs feels more urgent.
