Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

Once your payment is confirmed, the playbook is delivered to you straight away and can't be returned. So we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges, including when:

• you change your mind after buying;
• you bought the wrong playbook or bought the same one twice in separate orders;
• you decide not to take the exam, or the exam date or pattern changes;
• you don't like the content or the writing style; or
• you did not get the score or percentile you wanted.

Before you buy

Every product page lists what the playbook covers, the number of pages and sample pages you can look through. Please check them, and make sure you are buying the right exam, before you pay. If you have a question first, ask us.

Payment and delivery problems

These are the only cases where we step in, because they are our mistake or a payment error, not a change of mind:

• Charged twice for the same order: we refund the extra payment in full.
• Paid, but the playbook did not reach you: we send it to you again. You can also get a fresh link yourself on the resend page.
• The file is damaged or won't open: we send you a working copy.
• The playbook is not what its product page describes: we fix it, and if we can't, we refund you.

If, in the rare case, we cannot deliver a working playbook to you at all, we refund what you paid for it. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, and banks usually show the money within 5 to 7 working days. Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.

How to report a problem

Contact us or write to support@the99percentiler.com with your order ID (it starts with 99P-) or your Razorpay payment ID, and tell us what went wrong. We reply within 24 hours on working days, and most delivery problems are fixed the same day.

Bank disputes

Please contact us before raising a dispute or chargeback with your bank. It is much faster for you. If a dispute is raised for an order that was delivered, we will share the order and download records with the bank and Razorpay.
