Delivery (Shipping) Policy

What we deliver

We sell digital PDF playbooks only. Nothing is printed or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

When and how you get it

Delivery is instant. Once your payment is confirmed, a download button appears on your order page. We also email the download link to the address you gave at checkout, usually within 5 minutes.

If you didn't receive it

If the email hasn't arrived within 1 hour, check your spam and promotions folders, then use the resend page to get it again. If that doesn't work, contact us with your payment ID.

Link validity

Your download link works for 30 days from purchase, with up to 5 downloads per playbook. The PDF you download is yours to keep. If your link expires, contact us and we'll help.
