1. Who we are

“The 99 Percentiler”, “we” and “us” mean the publisher who runs this website and sells the playbooks under the brand The 99 Percentiler.

2. What we sell

We sell digital preparation playbooks for Indian MBA entrance exams as PDF files. Each product page shows the price, the number of pages and what the playbook covers. We do not sell printed books, video courses, mock tests or coaching.

3. Your licence

When you buy a playbook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, keep it and read it for your own exam preparation. Your copy may carry your email address and order number. You may print it for your own use.

4. No guarantees

A playbook is a study plan. It does not guarantee any score, percentile, interview call, admission or job. Your results depend on your own preparation and on things outside our control.

5. Accuracy and exam changes

We take care to get facts right, and we label estimates and unconfirmed dates. Exam bodies can still change dates, patterns, marking or cutoffs at any time. Check the official exam website before you register or pay a fee. See our Disclaimer.

6. Editions and updates

You get the edition of the playbook that is on sale on the day you buy it. Each playbook is complete as sold. We may publish a revised edition later, for example for a new exam year. We are not obliged to send revised editions to earlier buyers, although we may choose to.

7. Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees. The price you see before you pay is the total you pay, with no extra charges added at checkout. We may change prices for future orders; a change never affects an order you have already paid for.

8. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited using UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. We never see or store your card or UPI details. An order is complete only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us.

9. Delivery

We deliver by download link on the order page and by email, as set out in our Delivery Policy. Links work for 30 days with up to 5 downloads per playbook.

10. No refunds

Playbooks are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Orders can't be cancelled after payment and we do not give refunds for a change of mind, a wrong choice of exam or any other reason, except a duplicate charge, or a playbook that we cannot deliver or that is not as described. 11. Intellectual property

The playbooks, the free calendar, this website, our logo and our cover designs belong to us. Exam and institution names belong to their owners and appear only to say which exam a playbook is for.

12. What you must not do

• Share, upload, sell, rent or give away a playbook, in full or in part, including on Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive or any website.
• Remove or hide the identifying marks on your copy.
• Use our content to build a competing product or to train software without written permission.
• Misuse the website, try to break its security or buy with someone else's payment details.

If you break these rules, we may switch off your download links without a refund and take action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed deadlines or decisions you make based on our content. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you paid applies to your order.
