How the predictor works

XLRI is the only XAT college that publishes its interview cutoffs. They differ by gender, and for HRM also by engineering background. Transgender candidates have the same cutoffs as female candidates.

XLRI also needs a minimum percentile in each section: Quant, Verbal and Logical Reasoning, and Decision Making. A high total with one weak section can still miss the call.

For the other colleges, the figures are Careers360's expected cutoffs for the next XAT. Many of them also accept CAT, and some, like SPJIMR, weigh your profile heavily.
